Variants for the construction/dismantling of your exhibition stand:

1. You assemble and dismantle your exhibition stand yourself.
2. You hire our trade fair construction partner for assembly and dismantling. Deadline for orders is August 7, 2023.
3. You work with your own trade fair construction partner.

Each exhibition and presentation stand must be equipped with at least one suitable fire extinguisher in accordance with DIN EN 3 with an extinguishing capacity of at least 6 extinguishing agent units during assembly, dismantling and the duration of the event.
​
Free WiFi is available throughout the event building.
​
Carpet can generally be laid. However, all areas that are masked must be handed over to the KONGRESSHALLE without leaving any residue.
​
Please note that the rental of the exhibition space does not include electricity and that electrical installation must be ordered separately using the order form.

​All exhibition stands over 2.50 m high and/or larger than 9m², mobile stands, special structures and constructions are subject to approval. For these, please send a sketch or the completed form A1 "Stand construction application" to standbauanmeldung@kongresshalle.de.

Delivery

You can deliver pallets, stand materials and documents from Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 3, 2023 from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It is recommended to note the company name and stand number on the shipment. A contact person from your company must be on site for acceptance, otherwise there is a possibility of non-acceptance and return!

Packages, stand materials and documents must be picked up after the congress on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 by 10:00 p.m. at the latest.
The delivery and collection times must be observed, as the KONGRESSHALLE has no storage facilities!

It is not possible to store small items of any kind during the event. For this reason we ask you to store your empties, pallets or similar on the van or truck.

If you have agreed with the organizer to include a flyer or giveaway in the conference bags (1,600 pieces), we ask for delivery on Friday, September 1, 2023 between 09:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m. or Saturday, September 2, 2023 between 08:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m. to the following address:
